Electro-fusion pipe wiring machine can turn and wire conventional PE pipe fittings, and can also process reducer pipe fittings, elbow pipe fittings and tees. According to different pipe fitting specifications, unidirectional wiring or bidirectional wiring can be used.
Introduction of processing technology: The injection pipe is manually loaded into a specially designed fixture, and the fixture is fixed on the machine tool spindle. The tool can move in two directions, X and Z. Processing is divided into three steps: roughing, wiring, and finishing. The tool quickly moves to the work surface, and the three-axis interpolation movement of the machine tool X, Z, and C makes the tool leave a continuous spiral wire groove on the work surface, and the copper resistance wire is embedded into the wire groove at the same time. The movement is backfilled, so that the resistance wire is enclosed in the pipeline, and the finishing is performed after the wiring is completed to meet the final size requirements of the work.
